he study of the enterprise right it passes for the analysis of the theories that base it, as well as for the comment of its historical evolution. When its history is verified is come across with the commercial law, with the theory of the commercial transactions, with questions that they search to verify if this recital still is in vigor, of what it consists the theory of the enterprise activity, which the impacts of this on the old commercial law and the distinctions between these theories. These questions will be observed in the present work.
