Abstract

This essay provides a concise approach that will be covered the concepts of subjectivity and citizenship, and also its fragmentation, in mind the constitutional and social meaning of the democratic state constituition. The approach will contribute to the realization of fundamental human rights, presenting and differentiating the complex relationship between subjectivity, citizenship and empowerment, giving thus a significant paradigm shift from the democracy standpoint, where constitutional persons, citizens and state are fundamental elements to a true social and democratic state of law construction.
