Abstract

The experience report highlights the first six months of evaluation of the Architecture and Urbanism course, following my appointment as course coordinator in August 2023. Utilizing methods such as documentary review, interviews, and direct observation, we identified strengths and areas for improvement. Among the positives are a qualified faculty, a new curriculum structure, and community engagement projects. However, we identified the need for dialogue among students, promoting greater interdisciplinary integration, and offering more opportunities for research projects for professional development. These key findings have guided initiatives to strengthen course management, ensuring its continuous excellence in the coming periods and ensuring the relevance and quality of the Architecture and Urbanism course in the educational and professional landscape.
