This paper reports the results obtained so far about the constant movement of the search for greater effectiveness in teaching and learning through reflections, experiences and learnings obtained during the process practiced in the academic training of university students of the course of Unijorge psychology, Salvador / Bahia, especially in the subjects Theory and Technique Psychoanalytic 1 {Freudian Analysis), Learning Theories, Vocational Guidance and Mental Health at Work {Psychical Health Organizations), which brought to light the use of art as an important component of the transmission process and acquisition of academic content and the optimization ability of interpersonal relationships between people and with the institution. Lists the techniques developed and results for the process.
